Nice for the price but the room is not so big. Good for friends

Très bonne expérience à l’hôtel HM Martinique de Magaluf les points positifs : 3 piscine + sauna et hammam on peux trouver un magasin aussi très utile pour acheter à manger ou à boire , le seul point négatif c’est le wifi qui ne fonctionne pas très bien pour ma part . Le hammam n’était pas fonctionel aussi pendant mon séjour . Plage à proximité.

Très belle hotel mais manque un peux d’équipement dans la chambre

Lovely fresh clean hotel, food was okay if you’re not too fussy. Omelette at breakfast was great freshly made to order! Pools were clean and well supervised. Hotel was generally quiet and relaxing not a party vibe but not boring either. Just what you want during the days in magaluf really to recover for the next night! Veiw from the hotel of the mountains was great! Check was easy although only 1 room of 2 was ready early we were right next door to each other. Luggage storage was secure and safe while the other half of our group waited. All inclusive drinks were a big plus too even if we did have to pay extra for them it was worth it. All in all a good stay.

Hotel looked promising when we saw it advertised, Food was the same more a less everyday , Had to call reception to say that our room hadn't been cleaned. Have to pay for plastic cups around the pool says all inclusive more like SELF CATERING as you have ro pay for things.

Lovely bar and restaurant staff but be warned the life guards suck the life out of you around the pool they blow there whistle at any opportunity and scream at you all day. One lifeguard screamed at us for laughing in the pool then got his manager, it was soon resolved but it’s very off putting. Lifeguard below

So…. I was staying here for 7 days (3 days for a hen party) me and my partner had arrived quite early in the morning after our flight was delayed to check in, check in was quick passports where checked, reception then asked for tourist tax which is understandable €46 for 2 people and demanded it was in cash no other alternative wouldn’t accept card HAD TO BE CASH, for myself personally i hardly use cash always card. So paid in cash got my room keys took the elevator up. Keys now both keys would not open the door to my room went back down to reception they fixed the keys first key wouldn’t open 2nd key opened and boom… I opened the door to peoples personal stuff still occupying the room, again now for a 2nd time I went to reception they apologised got my new keys to another room and then first one wouldn’t work but the 2nd one did…. All inclusive - Honestly I wouldn’t book all inclusive in this hotel due to the law in magaluf now, you get 3 drinks with lunch and dinner and it’s Estelle or sangria but you can get soft drinks all day. Food- personally I think the food was great Im not picky with food and will try everything good food selection desserts weren’t really to my taste the wee cakes where good but just not a very big selection of different things- good fruit selection also. Pools- I really only stuck to one of the pools as it was less busy- pools where great, no food around the pools and your drink has to be in a plastic cup which you can get from the bar for €1 which is refundable. So no glass at the pools, also they have designated smoking areas around the pools- and the pool closes around 18.00 for the rest of the day, you can still sunbathe just not access the pool. They also have a lifeguard on duty through the day! House keeping was okay, rooms where clean when we arrived but if you put the sign out for your room to be cleaned please be aware of the bare minimum- beds where made up but not changed for the 7 days that I was there balcony was cleaned and towels changed bins emptied- floors weren’t really cleaned properly and where still dirty- also air conditioning only came on at a certain time of the evening not sure if that was just mine or everyone’s was like that. Since it was magaluf I would not advise to bring kids to this hotel, most people I seen where men women groups hens stags so basically means -loud music excess drinking excess noise and you here them running the halls at 3/4 in the morning. Check out at 11 once you check out your all inclusive ends no soft drinks no lunch doesn’t matter when your transfers are coming, they is a shop with in the hotels grounds not much food selection more drinks alcohol junk food. Overall the hotel was okay if you’re staying for a few days to party this hotel is for you, if your staying any longer or bringing kids I would avoid this hotel not many other kids and no entertainment only a pool table, also beware of the crickets and cockroaches so big and everywhere outside the

Just returned from a 7 day break and will be returning. Booked room only as we wanted to eat out. Hotel room amazing, huge balcony, large sleeping area x 2, kitchen everything we needed. No kettle or toaster but we did not mind that and would have asked if we needed. Room spotless and cleaned every day, bin emptied,floor mopped, clean sheets/towels, loo roll. Do.estic staff always pleasant and happy to help. Wrist bands are worn to identify paying customers. Check in for us was 2pm. Large spacious hotel, well organised with shop attached which is well stocked. Quieter pool area suited us, no inflatables for a reason, no glass cups for safety, plenty of loungers, no towels over loungers and leaving them all day allowed. Fish and chip serving area. Larger pool area seemed to attract larger parties and was definitely louder, great food stand for burgers,hot dogs etc. Middle se lion sun bathing area with plunge pool. Inside heated pool,spa, sauna. Books inside for reading, bar/coffee area. Sits in great location close to Piano Bar, Happy House for food/drinks and perfect for relaxing, at the best/most reasonable prices. Supermarket across road sells fresh bread, sandwich fillings. We couldn't have asked for anything more, suited our needs and was greatly above our expectations, our best roomonly hotel break. Thank you.
